Commercial cleaning FAQs
Do you have insurance and RAMS?
VVE Clean carries £5m public liability insurance and can provide the insurance certificate on request. If your site requires RAMS or another document, include that in the enquiry so it can be confirmed in the written scope.
Can you clean outside opening hours?
Tell us the access window your site needs. Any out-of-hours visit, keyholding or alarm arrangement must be confirmed in the written scope before work starts.
How does billing work?
Commercial payment is due after the clean, unless a different arrangement has been agreed in writing in advance.
Is there a minimum contract length?
The minimum term and notice period are shown in the written quote so both sides can review them before agreeing a contract.
