Oven, hob and extractor; appliance interiors; cupboards, drawers and wardrobes; kitchen and bathroom cleaning; internal windows; standard vacuuming and mopping.

The prices below are for a vacant, normally maintained flat with one bathroom. Professional carpet extraction and other optional services are separate.

These starting prices use the same flat and bathroom assumptions as Complete. The quote builder shows your selected additions and offers Complete when it costs the same or less for the comparable scope.

Add professional carpet cleaning

A package rate applies from 3 qualifying areas. The actual charge depends on the areas selected, the £85 carpet minimum and the combined price of the two highest-priced areas.

Example: a bedroom, living room and hallway cost £110 added to your EOT clean. A standalone booking for those areas is £125, including its usual bundle saving and minimum — a saving of £15 with your EOT visit. Promotional codes are not included in this comparison.

Your quote shows the actual carpet charge before you request a time.

Optional extras and access costs

Add only what you need. Oven cleaning is already included in both end of tenancy packages; Complete also includes internal fridge/freezer cleaning. The calculator applies the selected service's inclusions.

Parking and any applicable Congestion Charge are shown separately and agreed with you. Heavy soiling, mould, excessive rubbish, contamination or strong odours require photo review and an agreed scope before work starts.

    We confirm availability, the work included and the full price, including any access costs.

    Confirm your agreed visit

    After we agree the details, we send a £30 deposit request. We confirm your appointment when the deposit is received; it comes off your total.

A few useful answers

When do I pay?
Send your request with no payment. Once we agree the service, final price and time, we’ll send your booking details and £30 deposit payment options. The deposit comes off your total. The remaining balance is normally due after the service.
What do the published prices cover?
The tables show the standard scope for normally maintained properties. Select the service and property details to see the applicable price and included work.
Can the price change?
If the information supplied does not match the condition or scope on arrival, VVE Clean will explain the difference and agree any revised price before additional work starts.
Can I request a same-day or next-day visit?
You can send any preferred date, but availability varies by service, area and property size. Contact VVE Clean first if the timing is critical.
Do you clean occupied homes?
Tell us whether the property is occupied when you enquire. VVE Clean will confirm whether the requested service and access arrangements are suitable before booking.
