Before you book
How does the end of tenancy re-clean guarantee work?
If you, your landlord or letting agent report missed cleaning from the agreed scope within 7 days of our visit, send us the report or photos and we will return once to re-clean the missed areas, free of charge. Full agency-ready coverage applies to our Complete end of tenancy package; Tailored cleans are covered for the tasks selected. The reporting window runs from completion of the original clean. We agree a return time separately and need access to the affected areas. This voluntary cleaning promise does not guarantee the return of a tenancy deposit or limit your statutory rights.
When do I pay?
Send your request with no payment. Once we agree the service, final price and time, we’ll send your booking details and £30 deposit payment options. The deposit comes off your total. The remaining balance is normally due after the service, unless a different arrangement is agreed in writing.
Can the price change?
No VAT is added. VVE Clean is not VAT registered. Our prices are fixed for normal condition properties based on the details provided. If we arrive and the property has heavy soiling, mould, excessive rubbish, biohazard contamination, strong odours, pet accidents, or large/permanent stains, we will explain the issue and confirm any revised price before starting.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
For a confirmed appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours before the agreed arrival time if you need to cancel or reschedule. Rescheduling is free with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability. For shorter notice, contact us as soon as possible. Any cancellation or call-out charge applies only if it was stated and agreed in writing when the appointment was confirmed. This notice policy does not limit your statutory cancellation rights. Any refund is reviewed separately under the agreed terms and applicable law.
What if the date I request is not available?
We will contact you with the closest alternatives we can offer. If none works for you, you can decline them. Nothing is charged for sending or declining a request.

Our main coverage is East and North London: E1, E2, E3, E5, E8, E9, E10, E14, E15, E17, E20, N1, N4, N5, N7, N8, N10, N15, N16, N17, N19, N22, NW1, NW5. If your postcode is outside that list, ask us before booking and we will confirm whether we can travel to you.
