Before you book

For a confirmed appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours before the agreed arrival time if you need to cancel or reschedule. Rescheduling is free with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability. For shorter notice, contact us as soon as possible. Any cancellation or call-out charge applies only if it was stated and agreed in writing when the appointment was confirmed. This notice policy does not limit your statutory cancellation rights. Any refund is reviewed separately under the agreed terms and applicable law.

Availability changes by service, area and property size. Send your preferred date online with no payment, or ask us on WhatsApp if the timing is critical. We will check and contact you with what is available.

Our main coverage is East and North London: E1, E2, E3, E5, E8, E9, E10, E14, E15, E17, E20, N1, N4, N5, N7, N8, N10, N15, N16, N17, N19, N22, NW1, NW5. If your postcode is outside that list, ask us before booking and we will confirm whether we can travel to you.

We will contact you with the closest alternatives we can offer. If none works for you, you can decline them. Nothing is charged for sending or declining a request.

Send your request with no payment. Once we agree the service, final price and time, we’ll send your booking details and £30 deposit payment options. Your appointment is confirmed once the deposit is received. The deposit comes off your total. The remaining balance is normally due after the service, unless a different arrangement is agreed in writing.

No VAT is added. VVE Clean is not VAT registered. Our prices are fixed for normal condition properties based on the details provided. If we arrive and the property has heavy soiling, mould, excessive rubbish, biohazard contamination, strong odours, pet accidents, or large/permanent stains, we will explain the issue and confirm any revised price before starting.

Yes. Add the carpet areas you need while building your end of tenancy quote. The calculator shows the carpet charge separately and adds it to your cleaning total. Ordinary vacuuming and mopping are included in the property clean; carpet extraction is optional.

The package calculation applies from 3 qualifying areas: bedrooms, living rooms, large lounges, hallways, landings and stairs. The charge cannot fall below £85 or the combined list prices of your two most expensive selected areas, whichever is higher. Smaller selections use the normal item prices and minimum. The calculator shows the actual charge for your selection. Rugs, wool, silk and other delicate fibres, severe pet or biohazard contamination and exceptional staining are quoted separately after a photo review.

VVE Clean carries £5m public liability insurance. If you need a copy of the certificate or want to ask who will attend your property, message us before booking.

You do not normally need to remain at the property, provided access and key arrangements are agreed before the appointment. Confirm the key-return and completion-photo arrangements for your particular booking.

Yes. We bring the equipment and cleaning products needed for the booked work. If a surface needs a specialist treatment outside the agreed scope, we will discuss it before adding anything to the price.

Our main services are end of tenancy, move-in, after-builders, carpet, upholstery and commercial cleaning. Tell us if the property will be occupied so we can confirm the right service and scope before you book.

If you, your landlord or letting agent report missed cleaning from the agreed scope within 7 days of our visit, send us the report or photos and we will return once to re-clean the missed areas, free of charge. Full agency-ready coverage applies to our Complete end of tenancy package; Tailored cleans are covered for the tasks selected. The reporting window runs from completion of the original clean. We agree a return time separately and need access to the affected areas. This voluntary cleaning promise does not guarantee the return of a tenancy deposit or limit your statutory rights.

Every Complete End of Tenancy Clean covers the kitchen including the oven, hob, extractor, emptied fridge and defrosted freezer, accessible appliance compartments, cupboards inside and out, descaled bathrooms, internal windows, skirting boards, doors, switches and all floors. Carpet steam cleaning, exterior windows and other genuine scope expansions are shown separately.
