The process applies cleaning solution through the pile, then extracts loosened soil and moisture with professional equipment.
Targeted stain and odour treatment
We assess visible marks and odour sources, then choose a treatment suitable for the carpet. Results vary and permanent damage may remain.
Typical drying: 2–4 hours
Extraction removes loosened soil and moisture. Allow around 2–4 hours for typical drying; fibre, ventilation and room conditions can extend this.
Clear standard room prices
Every standard price is listed clearly. Rugs are assessed separately and can be added to a qualifying carpet, upholstery or end of tenancy clean.

Inspect & agree
We check the fibre, condition and visible marks, then agree what can be treated and the areas to clean.

Prepare & treat
Accessible areas are prepared and suitable treatment is applied to loosen soiling. Individual stains are assessed separately.
- 03
Extract the soil
For suitable carpets, hot-water extraction lifts the loosened dirt and moisture from the pile. Delicate fibres may need another approach.
- 04
Check & advise
We check the cleaned areas with you and explain drying and aftercare. Results vary; permanent marks and wear may remain.

Common questions
How long does carpet cleaning take?
A bedroom typically takes 20–30 minutes. A full 3-bedroom flat including hallways and living room usually takes 2–3 hours. We give you an estimated time when you book.
How long before the carpet is dry?
Carpets typically dry in 2–4 hours. Fibre, ventilation and room conditions affect the time. We explain drying and safe use after the clean.
Will you remove all stains?
Some coffee, wine, pet, mud and general-soiling marks can respond to treatment, but the result depends on the fibre, stain and products already used. Bleach, dye and permanent ink can leave a lasting mark. Complete removal cannot be guaranteed.
Do I need to move furniture before you arrive?
We ask that you move small items, toys and breakables off the carpet before we arrive. For large furniture like sofas and beds, we use furniture slides or clean around them where it makes sense. Let us know what you need when booking.
Do you clean rugs?
Yes, as an add-on to a carpet, upholstery or relevant end of tenancy clean. Send a photo first so the construction, fibre, cleaning method and price can be confirmed. We do not currently offer rug-only bookings.
How should I count rooms and stairs?
Choose a separate item for each bedroom, living room, hallway and landing. Use the large or through-lounge option where appropriate. Count each flight of stairs separately; the first and additional flights have different prices. Send photos if the layout does not fit these choices.
